The cottage offers:
- On the ground floor: a living room with a dining/lounge/kitchen combination, a bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
- On the first floor: a mezzanine converted into a living room with a television and games area, a bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
- On the second floor: a large bedroom under the eaves (2 single beds).
Outside: a private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and an electric grill. Shared: the garden (unfenced) and parking (at the rear of the cottage). The cottage is adjoining cottage 56G16418 and next to the owners' house. Ideally located, you will be between Vannes (City of Art and History) and Auray (charming little town). From the cottage, 5 minutes by car is enough to reach the expressway and discover the treasures of South Morbihan: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Sarzeau... 10 minutes away, the Gulf of Morbihan opens its doors to you: intimate coves, small beaches, points, islands… These panoramas, worthy of a postcard, can be explored on foot along the coastal path or by boat (pier in Vannes or Baden). Families will appreciate the children's area on the mezzanine in the Ty Mathurien gite, and couples wishing to stay together will preserve their privacy thanks to the two bathrooms.

Week-end entre amis parfait. Superbe gîte, confortable, bien équipé, très bonne literie et bien situé pour découvrir les alentours de Vannes. Roselyne est une belle personne, généreuse et bienveillante..Accueillis par un excellent far breton et du cidre. Je recommande vivement!

Gite parfait, très bien équipé, super accueil de la propriétaire avec un bon far breton encore chaud et du cidre. Les chiens sont les bienvenus et bon accueil de Titeuf, le chien des propriétaires.Très bonne literie, gite bien situé pour visiter le golfe.On reviendra.
