This modern house welcomes you for a stay focused on comfort and relaxation, in a calm and pleasant environment.
From the moment you step inside, be charmed by a bright and inviting living space: a living area designed for togetherness, with a cozy lounge corner (flat-screen TV) and a dining area for sharing delicious meals and memorable moments! Feeling like a chef? The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you: 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher… everything you need to enjoy cooking without compromise! A practical laundry room completes the setup, with a washing machine, ironing board, and steam iron (yes, even on vacation).
For sleeping arrangements, there is a master suite with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Two connecting bedrooms, ideal for children or teens, share a bathroom: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds.
An additional separate toilet adds extra convenience.
The sunny terrace invites you to slow down: outdoor meals, long aperitifs, reading breaks, or naps in the shade… everyone can enjoy at their own pace! And now for the highlight: the private 4 x 8 m swimming pool promises energetic mornings and refreshing afternoons.
Good news for parents: it is fully secured with a rigid protective cover.

If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.

Maison spacieuse et moderne. Le jardin atour de la piscine est magnifique. Lié au calme du quartier, des vacances coupé de tout revigorante. Les plages environnantes situées dans des petites baies sont superbes.
