Sunny and nice flat in private urbanisation situated in front of La Concha beach in Oropesa del Mar. Nice views. 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + Front terrace with beach views. Capacity for 4 people. Swimming pool, Parking, Air conditioning.
The accommodation
Magnificent flat in 1st. line of La Concha Beach. It has all the comforts you need for a relaxing and wonderful holiday in Oropesa del Mar. In the morning, you can refresh yourself in the swimming pool, which is at your disposal, to start the day refreshed and happy.
The flat of 70 m2, has the following spaces:
- Living room with comfortable kitchenette with beautiful sea views, TV-HD, sofa, central air conditioning, access to wonderful terrace.
- Terrace with frontal sea views, garden and swimming pool equipped with 1 sofa, 2 small tables, 2 armchairs and relax armchair.
- Kitchen open to the living room with bar and dining table, fully equipped (dolçe gusto coffee machine).
- Master bedroom with double bed 150x190cm, large wardrobes and exit to terrace.
- Second bedroom with lower bunk bed 135x190cm, and upper bunk bed 90x190cm.
- 1 bathroom equipped with practical shower, wc and washbasin.
- Bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
- Communal outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer season).
- Green areas.

A quiet residential area with a family atmosphere, ideal for sun and beach holidays. We recommend enjoying the Oropesa-Benicasim Greenway on a pleasant walk or bike ride along the sea, with different rest areas and viewpoints, visiting the Hiking Routes: "PR-CV 459", "PR-CV 459.1", "SL-CV 170" and "SL-CV 170.1", visiting the Lighthouse, the King's Tower and how not to be surprised by the charming Old Town of Oropesa del Mar. We also suggest you go to the Prado de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural Park, a wetland area of great scenic value where there are several species of water birds, an adventure of disconnection and culture for the family.
Within a radius of 100 metres from the building you will find all the necessary services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream parlours etc.
How to get around
- Bus: 100 metres from the flat there is an urban bus stop and national lines.
- Taxi.
- Bicycle lane 50 metres away which allows communication with nearby towns.

- Respect for neighbours and facilities.
- Respect rest hours, from 22:00h to 10h.
- No rubbish in the accommodation. The deposit will be made from Monday to Sunday from 20:00h to 23:00h.

- Check-out before 09:00h is subject to a supplement of 30 EUR.
