Our Villa "Punta des Port" is a spacious and bright villa with exceptional facilities, located in a residential area of Portopetro, near the sea.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, available 24 hours a day for the comfort of our guests, in addition to central heating in all rooms.
Wi-Fi and a small desk make the house ideal for working from home.
Direct access to the sea can be found 50m from the house, and there is also a beach located 600m away. The House and Exteriors: Upon entering through the main door, you will access a spacious hallway.
To the right, you will find a large living-dining room, which is directly connected to a large table on the terrace.
Connected to the dining area are a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, and a laundry room.
Also on the ground floor, you will find two of the four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet.
Upstairs on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large dressing room.
Additionally, you can access a spacious terrace with sea views.
The installed Wi-Fi and a small desk in one of the rooms make the house ideal for working from home.
Located on a plot that is very private from the street, this house offers several partially covered terraces with plenty of outdoor seating.
Its lawn and pool invite you to sunbathe and cool off on summer days.
Furthermore, equipped with a built-in barbecue, you can have a barbecue for both friends and family.
There is also a porch with a ping-pong table and space to store bicycles.
The villa is just a few steps from sea access and about 600 meters from a sandy beach. Guest Access: The key is deposited in a key box with a code.
You will be informed of the code in sufficient time before your arrival. Important Note: Please respect the neighbors, especially regarding night-time rest (after midnight).

Das Haus hat grosse Räume, bietet viele Plätze zum verweilen und der Pool ist top. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. An das Salzwasser im ganzen Haus muss man sich gewöhnen.
Die Küche und Bäder haben eine Sanierung nötig. In der Küche schliessen die Kästen nicht mehr gut und das Abwaschbecken müsste ersetzt werden. Bei der Ankunft war es grad so okay mit der Sauberkeit. Hier dürfte gerne noch etwas mehr Wert darauf gelegt werden.

Zwei große Kühlschränke in der Küche.
Dank und großes Lob an den Vermieter, für die unverzügliche Beseitigung der Mängel. Der Kontakt war auch top und mega freundlich.
Allerdings haben wir doch einge Beanstandungen, die stören:
Die Finca war mal klasse, ist aber sehr vernachlässigt und nicht gepflegt worden.

Nice house with good space both inside and outside. Timings on the air conditioning not synqronized. Kitchen need an upgrade. Good with two set of fridge/freezers.
Good size pool and an outdoor shower.
