This charming 165 m² house with swimming pool in Magny-en-Vexin can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 5,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... 1st floor: -Bedroom 1: one bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: one bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC 2nd floor: - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A work area - Bathroom with shower and WC - In the attic: two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan. Activities : - Vexin National Park - Hiking trails (Chaussée Jules César) - Aventure Land about 5 minutes' drive away Outdoor activities : - A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to September, measuring 4 x 6 metres. - A beautiful 5,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Magny-en-Vexin, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Christophe RER,Cergy 22.4 km (about 19 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport 67 km (about 47 minutes away) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming (opening dates non-contractual). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de cette charmante maison, répartie sur différents espaces, jardin, piscine, terrasse, ...
Décorée avec goût et bien équipée, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Maison Prado Le logement était conforme à la description, nous avons passé un super week-end entre amis. La piscine a apporté un vrai plus. Alban a été reactif, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. !

Maison Prado "On a passé un super et agréable séjour ?? La villa est vraiment magnifique, très paisible et possède beaucoup de charme. Elle était super bien équipé ! ??
Le seul bémol, suite à un problème technique, la piscine n’était pas chauffé, mais l’hôte a en contre partie gentillement accepté un départ beaucoup plus tardif."
