The Grand Breizh gîte is made up on the ground floor of a large living room with an equipped kitchen open to the living room/living room and a separate toilet. At this same level, 3 PRM bedrooms with, in each, private shower room + wc. The first two with a 160x200 bed, the third with a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed. Upstairs is a bathroom, a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with a 140x190 bed + a 90x200 bed and a private bathroom. A bedroom with 4 90x200 beds, one of which is bunk. A bedroom with a 140x190 bed.
Outside, you enjoy an enclosed garden of 3000 m² with an unobstructed view of the Ambon countryside. A south-east facing terrace with dining table, awning, barbecue and deckchairs. Possibility to park several vehicles within the property which is secured with a gate. Very close, Damgan welcomes you with its shops and restaurants by the sea: enough to stroll and sunbathe on the terrace! You will have free access to the facilities of the campsite managed by the owners and adjoining the gîte (playgrounds, covered games room, table tennis, etc.) and above all to the shared covered and heated swimming pool (open from Easter to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.).
