Welcome to the Gîte de l'ANNEXE, located just a 10-minute walk from the Champ de Mars park and the historic center of Colmar.

The apartment is completely independent, ensuring peace and quiet during your stay.
This spacious and bright self-contained apartment, located on the first floor, can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a large living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (140x200 cm), opening onto a large west-facing terrace—perfect for admiring the sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently.
The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
You will also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, you will have a private, enclosed garage, a parking space, and a secure cellar, ideal for storing your bicycles, luggage, or additional equipment.
Thanks to its ideal location near the city center, it occupies a strategic position for your sightseeing and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the city during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.
Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi.
To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or by credit card (authorization).
Security deposit amount: €400.
Check-in is self-service thanks to a key box, ensuring a simple and flexible arrival.
A WhatsApp group will be created upon booking to stay in touch before, during, and after your stay, if needed.

Misschien de slaapbank, maar dat is omdat mijn eigen bed het lekkerste ligt.
De locatie is top
Het is groot en schoon

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a házigazda. Zárt udvari beállót használtuk csak, de lehetőség volt garázsra is. Étterem a sarkon volt, nagyon közel. Az apartman mérete a szokásosnál nagyobb. Teljesen összkomfortos szállás. Az óvátos gyalog kb. negyed órára volt.

الشقة نظيفة جدا وواسعه وشرحه وآمنه ويوجد ألحفه كامله للسرير الاضافي وادوات المطبخ متكامله وموقف سياره مجاني وواي فاي ايضا
والمستضيف يستجيب بسرعه وواضح في شرح معلومات الدخول والخروج
-الشقة موجوده في الطابق العلوي والوصول له بالدرج فقط ومتعب في حمل الحقائب الكبيره
-لايوجد ستائر تحجب الضوء
