Your property includes: two farmhouses, the daytime one and the nighttime one.
For the first, on the ground floor: a large living room with fireplace (wood provided) opening onto the 20 m² terrace, a kitchen-dining room, a toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: a games room, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry room.
For the second, divided between ground floor and floor: 6 bedrooms to accommodate up to 15 people, each with their own private bathroom, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Garden of 2500 m² with: courtyard for wood and barbecue, enclosed relaxation area with heated and secure 8x12 m swimming pool, accessible from the end of April to the end of September near which is the relaxation lounge under the courtyard including toilets (shower and toilets).
A carport (with electric charging socket) overlooks the street for one car.
A parking space is also behind the night farmhouse.

Très bonnes conditions de séjour en campagne.Gite de bonne qualité.Nous mettons une réserve sur la chambre PMR qui n'est pas vraiment adaptée (manque d'espace pour déplacement avec fauteuil, par de barres de soutien, toilettes non surélevées..) Seule la douche est adaptée.Tout le reste est très positif.La région est aussi très belle.

Beautiful accommodation and very well appointed. As a large party of 12 people we found we had lots of space and we all had very nice bedrooms facilities. The kitchen and dining areas were excellent and the the villa is really well set up for self catering. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend Le Clos Saint Cadreuc

The accommodation is charming with good quality furnishings and suitable for most ages. The location is rural but with easy access to nearby shopping, beaches, tourist sights etc. We did find though that small children needed constant supervision due to being right on the road and there being no gate or fencing to the swimming pool.
