Building in the centre of Xeraco beach, in Avenida de la Mota 13, in the vicinity of all kinds of services and only eighty metres from the sand. It has a lift and communal swimming pool.

First floor flat, with NORTH facing terrace. Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Independent kitchen with utility room. Living-dining room with access to the terrace. Parking space included.

The flat is equipped with TV, washing machine and microwave. Change of linen fortnightly. Pets are allowed, maximum weight 10 kg (supplement 5 €/night).

Capacity 4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THIRTY YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A deposit of 60-150 € must be paid on collection of the keys to cover possible damage, loss of keys or non-compliance with the check-out timetable. This will be returned 24/48 hours after vacating and after the accommodation has been checked.

The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

Xeraco beach offers a lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, chemist and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
