The flat house Duhner Düne I is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The centre with the village fountain and the ahoi adventure pool with wellness area are just a few minutes' walk away. The house has a communal bicycle storage room, washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee) and an underground car park. The flats are easily accessible by lift. Each flat has a parking space in the underground car park. On the 1st and 2nd floors, there are flats on the west side (Wattenweg) with a small balcony to step out onto. The balconies on the east side of the floors are slightly larger. The flats on the top floor have a roof terrace.

A deposit of EUR 80.00 to the account with the IBAN: DE38292501500151018006 is due from the conclusion of the binding rental agreement. For bookings made at short notice, the total booking price must be transferred directly or paid by EC card on arrival.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of the Duhner Düne apartment complex and has an open-plan living/sleeping area with adjoining kitchen and a shower room. The flat faces west (Wattenweg) and has a small balcony. A small entrance area gives you access to the shower room and the open-plan living/sleeping area with double wardrobe bed and storage space. The living area is also furnished with a couch, TV, radio, WLAN and a small dining area. The kitchen adjoining the living area is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. You can conveniently park your car in the car park belonging to the flat in the building's own underground car park. The entrance height of the underground car park is 1.90 m. The underground car park has a direct entrance to the building and you can reach all flats by lift. Please note, however, that the building can only be reached via two steps in the entrance area. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this flat.
