Nearby there are bars, restaurants and pharmacies, while the Trapani railway station is 2km away!

The inside is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchair, dining table and access to the balcony;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, access to the MEZZANINE with single sofa bed;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, air conditioning (split in living room and bedroom), hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack.


PLEASE NOTE
- There are internal stairs to access the mezzanine with the single sofa bed, please be careful if you are travelling with children;

- The mezzanine with the single sofa bed is located in the bedroom, so it is not a separate space.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to 2,50€ per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows

The apartment is located in an area of the city where in August there is the possibility that it falls within the ZTL area (Traffic-Restricted Area) of the city and is NOT reachable by car.
