Welcome to Penky Summer, a renovated house with a heated private pool in Playa del Inglés!
This fully renovated house from 2023 features a modern design and high-quality materials, where you can enjoy a private pool (can be heated for an extra charge).
It is located in a residential complex with a communal pool and is just a short walk from the Yumbo Commercial Center and the beach.
A beautiful paradise for your vacation, offering peace and tranquility along with comfort and privacy.
It boasts spacious areas, international channels, Netflix, air conditioning, and unlimited high-speed WiFi (300 Mbps). The single-story house is divided into: - A terrace with a private pool, 4 sun loungers, terrace chairs, and a table for 4 people.
The terrace features artificial grass, perfect for lying down and doing yoga or sports.
The terrace is specially south-facing to enjoy long hours of sunshine throughout the day. - A living room-kitchen that connects directly to the terrace through large sliding doors, offering beautiful exterior views.
The living room has a Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all European sports like the Spanish League, Premier League... and access to Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video.
A fully equipped induction kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessary utensils for your stay. - 1 bedroom with a double bed. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. - 1 bathroom with a shower. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated in total. The residential complex has a communal pool where alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, music, shishas, or any noise that may disturb the tranquility of the area are strictly forbidden. A complete weekly cleaning (for bookings over 8 nights) with a change of bed linen and towels is included.
A cot and high chair will be provided (upon request) for a child under 2 years of age free of charge. The pool can be heated for an additional supplement of €30/day, reaching a maximum temperature of 24-26ºC.
Please let us know when booking so it is ready upon your arrival. THE USE OF SHISHAS ON THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, AS IS THE ENTRY OF INDIVIDUALS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.

The plunge pool was a bonus but the villa itself was really lovely as was the generous sized garden. Highly recommended.
The bathroom may need some sewage attention. Otherwise, all really good

Verblijf was top. Jammer dat er geen airco was op de slaapkamers. Verder prima verblijf.
Helaas was het peuterbadje in onderhoud en was dit heel de vakantie afgezet en kon onze dochter daar dus niet zwemmen.
Misschien op 1 slaapkamer een airco hangen. En de hygiene in het huisje iets meer aanpa...

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Bungalow! Die private Terrasse war der perfekte Ort für unsere abendlichen Grillabende, und der Gemeinschaftspool war nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ich kann ihn jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht!
