1) The house, recently renovated, comprises on the ground floor: a large entrance hall, the double bedroom OCEANE (King Size bed separable into 2 single beds) with shower room, a study area, a laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate WC and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen half-open onto the large living room and the bright dining room with its double-sided fireplace and a nicely furnished reading area.

On the first floor, there is a night hall with separate WC and 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The CHILDREN bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The SAFARI bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, with its own shower room. Lastly, a spectacular PARENTAL SUITE with private terrace, dressing room and bathroom with double shower completes this floor.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.


2) The 4 tastefully decorated independent bedrooms all have a private bathroom and WC. Each room has individual access from the outside, a private terrace, air conditioning, a connected TV, Wi-Fi access and a kettle with hot drinks.

The AZUR room (35 m²) sleeps 4 in double beds that can be separated, including 2 on an open 11 m² mezzanine. The EMERAUDE bedroom (27 m²) has 1 double bed and a child's bed (70*190cm), a shower room with washbasin and separate WC.

The LIN room (40 m²) sleeps 4, with 1 double bed that can be separated and a sofa bed, a bathroom with double shower and double washbasin, and separate WC. Its private garden with terrace offers a view of the forest.

The PERLE bedroom (23 m²) has 1 double bed that can be separated, a bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin and WC. It has its own private garden with a terrace overlooking the forest.

A pretty patio with an outdoor table and a communal area (sitting area and kitchenette) complete the independent bedroom section.
