Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, on the commune of Paris in the 14th district, this charming flat of a surface of approximately 58 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Living space : - A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining table. - An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night area: - Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190) with an adjoining shower room and WC.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior : - A balcony of about 4.5 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Come and discover and visit the city known as the city of light and love! - Sightseeing: the Eiffel Tower, the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Ile de la Cité, the marshes, the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre... - Sporting activities: Many parks and activities are available, cycling, boat trips, indoor climbing wall, walk on the green corridor (Viaduc des arts)... - Cultural visits: the Louvre Museum, the Opera Garnier, the Orsay Museum, a visit to the Musée des Arts Forains (by appointment) and Bercy Village in Bercy... - Gastronomic heritage: many restaurants, tea rooms, bakeries... will delight you! Loved to apartment and location. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the city. Luxembourg Garden is right around the corner. Cafes, bakeries and bars near by and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of the city Would stay at this apartment again

Le Petit Parisien "Eine Oase mit super Lage!
🙂 Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine ruhige Oase von der Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Meter von der Metro. Fussläufig alles da: Supermarkt und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die kleine Terrasse sehr genossen!"
