Villa Allegra is surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden, with many plants and Mediterranean scrub and it is accessible from the electric gate which takes to the parking area and stone driveway and from a manual gate by the outbuilding. The solarium area by the swimming pool is furnished with beach beds and umbrellas.

The infinity pool is surrounded by the green vegetation and it`s embellished by the breathtaking view on the sea and the harbor of Leuca.

Moreover, there are 3 outdoor showers, a covered dining area and a seating area with view on the sea.

The ground floor opens into a large living room with view on the swimming pool and the sea.

There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one of which with terrace on the pool and a twin bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom.

The upper floor is accessible from the stairs in the living room and it consists of a corridor with fridge in the recess, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom and balcony while the other has access to the terrace with view on the sea.

The outbuilding was furnished with attention to details and introduced by a porch.

It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
