The suites, rooms and holiday homes are independent, some with beautiful outdoor equipped areas. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 12pm to 12am) and check-out (from 5.00 am to 11am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Change of bed linen, each 4 days. - Change of bath linen, each 2 days. - Tidying up of accommodation for day. - Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00. - Shared Pool available. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
