The corridor separates the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms (one of which can be used as double bedroom) and two new bathrooms with shower.

In every bedroom there is air conditioning, ceiling fan and tv. The surroundings of Riva degli Angeli Riva degli Angeli is in Punta Prosciutto, one of the most famous seaside locations of Porto Cesareo.

It`s in the nature reserve Palude del Conte and it`s near a supermarket, a small cafè and the tourist complex Punta Grossa, with a restaurant, pizzeria, soccer field, tennis court and bowling alley.

It`s near the beaches of Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo and San Pietro in Bevagna. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 74 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
