## Neighborhood

Between the lake and the mountains, there is no shortage of activities nearby.

Summer: You can easily reach Annecy and its activities while enjoying the lake and its beaches, sailing club, boat and pedal boat rental, hiking, bike path, paragliding ...

And around the lake its national nature reserve, golf, accrobranche, climbing etc.

In winter : snow activities nearby (skiing ...). The resorts of Seythenex at 20 min, la Clusaz and Megève at 45 min, Courchevel and Meribel 1h15 ....

The center of the village of Sevrier and the surrounding hamlets offer a large choice of markets and small shops.

## Notes

Hostenga will check your identity before handing over the keys and inform you that a deposit will be collected before arrival and refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure by credit card.

Arrivals or departures between 9pm and 8am will be accompanied by a cash supplement to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you.
