Casa Stella is a house on two levels located in the historic centre of Varenna. The house has an old structure and was completely renovated in 2022 with a modern style and high quality finishes.

The house is on two floors with a garden and a large furnished terrace where you can spend your summer evenings savouring the local cuisine and sipping some excellent Italian wine at sunset. The property is accessed from a private courtyard typical of Varenna's alleyways. You are greeted by a large living area where the refined style of the furnishings and the exposed wooden ceiling make the environment refined and particularly welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable armchairs where one can relax after lunch, and the large window that leads directly onto the terrace complete the living room. On the lower floor, reached by an internal staircase, are the double bedroom, the second bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with large shower, all characterised by original stone ceilings and fine wooden furniture. From the lower floor there is direct access to the garden that completes the structure.
