Distribution

This magnificent house just a few metres from the beach is distributed over two floors.

On the main floor we have a spacious and sunny combined living-dining room with large open plan modern style kitchen, dining table, sofas and TV. From the living-dining room, there is access to the large terrace, where there is another large dining table, perfect for long evenings outdoors. On this floor we also have a complete bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with double bed (150x190cm).



Next to the living-dining room you go up the stairs to the upper floor of the house. There we find three double bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190 cm) and two with two single beds (90x190 cm) in each one. One of the bedrooms has a complete bathroom with shower en suite. The other two bedrooms on the upper floor share a large bathroom with shower.

All four bedrooms in the house have access to private balconies, some of them with magnificent views of the beach.

On the upper floor we also find the laundry room, with washing machine, sink and clothesline.

The whole house is modern and minimalist in style and the house is of course fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room.





Outdoor area

The house is located just a few metres from one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, the Playas de Muro, with miles of fine sand and crystal clear waters.

The house has a lovely garden, with a large covered terrace with dining table and a barbecue area, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors or sunbathing.

For your convenience, the house also has a private parking space within the fenced property.






Note 1. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 5 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
