The outstanding view of the Cretan Sea and the contemporary design of Seafront House located in Falassarna gives you a feeling of bliss and pleasure.
A hidden paradise at a small distance from the famous beach of Falassarna.

The interior decoration and furnishing are combined with modern stone creating an elegant and cosy atmosphere.
Upon entering the property an open-plan space welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area.
Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to get into.
There are also two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms.
One bedroom has a double size bed while the other bedroom has a twin-size bed that can be joined into a double bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Individual air conditioning units are provided. Outdoor facilities The outdoor area is designed to offer relaxing moments during the day and night.
A pergola offers shade on the outdoor terrace of the house where you will find a BBQ area with a dining table.
An outdoor sofa is an ideal place to enjoy the infinite sea view.
The house is just a few steps away from the sea. You can relax on the outdoor veranda and gazes at the amazing sunsets and listen to the sounds of the sea. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5€ per night/villa from March to October and 0.5€ per night/villa from November to February.

Falasarna is situated on the Western part of Crete (52km west of Chania and 14 west of Kissamos) famous for its stunning long sandy beach of Falassarna with its clear turquoise blue waters. Falassarna consists of a big long sandy beach and many other smaller beaches of various lengths. Whatever beach you may choose to swim on, the sunset is amazing with lovely colours. Swimming into the sea, you feel as being in a paradise of exceptional natural beauty.
During the tourist season in the area of Falassarna, there are many restaurants with delicious food, beach bars, and cafés by or close to the beaches as well as many supermarkets.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten, war immer wieder schön. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Falassarana Strand und mit dem Auto kann man die Region Chania mit Balos und Elafonissi in ca. 1...

Außergewöhnlich schöner Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse, herrliche Ruhr nachts in sehr guten Betten, tolle Betreuung durch George, prima Tavernen in der Gegend, besonders Adam, nur Ziegen muss man mögen wie wir. Gern wieder bei noch besserem Wetter im Oktober
