Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment comprises - A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, Wifi - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with double bed (160×200) - One bedroom with double bunk bed (160x190) - A sofa bed - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Communal area : - An indoor swimming pool heated all year round (except when the residence is closed in November). - A secure outdoor swimming pool open from June to September.
Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to change by the residence. - Fitness room and games room (billiards, pinball, table soccer). The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, near the Dinard golf course, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Surf club on Lonchamps beach - Visit Cancale, Dinard, Dinan, the banks of the Rance, Cap Fréel... - Mont Saint Michel Transportation: - You can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (no assigned space). - Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station 17 km away (approx. 22 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport 88 km (approx. 1 hour and 6 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included (received directly in a laundry bag in the apartment and must be returned in the same bag before leaving the accommodation) - Free WiFi in the residence's communal areas. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - To take out the rubbish: bin in the residence parking lot. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
