The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Paimpol, at less than one kilometer from the beach, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to welcome up to 8 travelers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 650 m². Sheets and towels are included.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : A double bed (160x200) with dressing room - A shower room with shower - Separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 2 : A double bed (140 x 190) - Room 3 : A double bed (140 x 190) - Room 4 : Two single beds - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A beautiful garden of about 650 m² and south facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days The house is ideally located in Paimpol, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - 500m from the leisure center of Poulafret - 1km from Beauport Abbey - 1,4 km from the port - 8,2 km from the pier of the boats of Bréhat Transportation: - You can park directly in the private parking of the house (2 vehicles). - Nearest train station : Paimpol (6min) - Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc (30min) Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the house. - The house is elevated from the street level, a few steps allow access to the front door. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the house for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.

Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und haben ein sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Meer gleich vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Petit séjour en Bretagne Nord
Un court séjour agréable. Dans une maison confortable , spacieuse. Une terrasse et un vaste jardin bien agréables dont nous avons pu profiter grâce à une météo clémente. La mer à quelques centaines de mètres et le centre ville et le port de Paimpol accessibles à pied en une vingtaine de minutes
