Bel appartement, propre et agréable. Proche de la plage.Centre ville à un quart d'heure à pied.Plusieurs immeubles sont en construction a proximité, cela n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Beaucoup de bruits de chantier lorsque les baies vitrée sont ouvertes.Heureusement il à fait beau et nous n'étions pas souvent à l'appartement en journée.

le propriétaire n'a pas mentionné travaux de 3 immeubles juste à coté, à moins de 100m , et ceci jusqu'a fin 2026. dès 7.30h bruit de bip bip de grue , de camions betonnieres , de perforateur , en cas de chaleur il sera impossible d'ouvrir les baies vitrees sans les nuisances
