A separate kitchen equipped with hotplates, top fridge, microwave, mini oven and washing machine.
You will also find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed for two people and its closet.

And its separate WC.
The closest shops are those of Aiguillon, you will find many restaurants there but also all the amenities - bakery-pastry chef, butcher, fishmonger, bar-tobacco-press, mini market, pharmacy...

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé situé à 15mn de la plage et des commerces. Petit balcon agréable. Residence très calme et bien entretenue.
L'ouverture du volet roulant de la chambre est difficile.
