Charming 38 m² apartment, ideally located in Carnon West, just steps from the beach (50 m) and the sea (60 m). Situated on the first floor of a two-story building, it enjoys a southeast exposure and a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
The apartment is in excellent condition and designed for comfort and convenience. Sleeping up to 6 people, it includes a bedroom with two double beds (140x190 cm), a comfortable living room, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and pressure cooker, as well as crockery and utensils.
You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, towel warmer, and clothes drying rack. For your comfort: television, TV antenna, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, fan, duvets, and pillows are provided.
The accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and is pet-friendly.
Private parking is available. Convenient location: shops 10 m away, Carnon town center 1.5 km away, marina 500 m away, golf course 3.7 km away, shopping center 6 km away, motorway 5 km away, and bus/train stations approximately 15 km away.

You can also find shops and restaurants on the beach or on the port.
Local markets are organized 3 times a week during the summer period and a craft market is present on the port every Wednesday. The good: ideally located a few meters from the beach, in a quiet and outlying area.

J'ai passé des vacances formidable à l'endroit que j'ai choisi ! C'était vraiment sympa et agréable,et ça correspondait parfaitement à la description. Le parking est gratuit et privé. De plus, sa proximité avec la plage un vrai bonus.
