This 140 m² southwest-facing house, ideal for 6 people, offers a bright 30 m² living room and a large enclosed 800 m² garden.
It comprises 3 bedrooms (a ground-floor suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom, and two upstairs bedrooms, each with two single beds and a shower room), as well as a WC on each floor.
The fully equipped kitchen ensures a comfortable stay.
You will enjoy a garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, a garage, and parking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The town center and shops are approximately 800 m away, the sea 800 m, and the beach 900 m; the bus station is 1.5 km away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €150. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.

L'espace et la localisation
Impossible de capter les chaînes de télé ,un fil d'eau à l'étage impossible de prendre une douche ,le système d'ouverture automatique du portail ne fonctionnait plus et nous avons été obligés de mettre le système en position Manuel pour sortir.

Très bon séjour à Fouras. La maison est bien située, à une dizaine de minutes à pieds des commerces et de la plage. La maison était confortable et très propre dans l'ensemble (la vaisselle aurait mérité un passage au lave-vaisselle avant notre arrivée).
Peu de flexibilité pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, mais c'est le contrat avec un professionnel.

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse, bien située et bien équipée .
Calcaire sur les parois de douche, carreaux des baies vitrées très sales, pelouse non tondue, pas de salon de jardin à l’extérieur alors que la semaine était chaude et ensoleillée.
