Charming 55 m² fisherman's cottage, ideal for 5 people, facing the South Beach and 200 m from the town center.
All on one level, it offers three adjoining bedrooms (two double beds, one single bed), a shower room, and a toilet.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). You will also find a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. Outside, enjoy a terrace and a small southwest-facing garden with garden furniture and a parasol.
Pets are welcome.
The bus station is 500 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away.
The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away. To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 dish towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Pet Package : 30.0 € Per stay Property managed by a professional.

Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.

Super accueil de l'agence, personnel tres prevenant. La situation du bien est idéal, son confort est toutefois tres approximatif, assis ou couché. Dommage !

largement suffisant pour 2,c'est bien de se sentir au large.
Le propriétaire très gentil habite juste à côté,et partage un couloir avec les locataires.pas vraiment gênant,mais nous n'avions pas été prévenus.Un coup de tondeuse dans le jardinet le rendrait +agréable.
la situation est excellente (plage "devant la porte") et très bons commerces juste à côté:Parfait!
