Ideal for a family or group of friends, it offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 4 rooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, welcoming, and well-laid-out 28 m² living room.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary crockery and cutlery.
Linens and duvets are provided.
The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190 cm) and one with two single beds (90x190 cm).
A shower room with a shower, sink, and separate WC complete the accommodation.
Additional comforts include individual electric heating and hot water (water heater), a towel warmer, and a smoke detector.
Outside, you'll appreciate the terrace and enclosed garden of approximately 30 m², furnished with garden furniture and patio furniture to enjoy sunny days (southeast facing).
A parking space is available.

L’agence qui nous accueille sympathique,maison situé dans une impasse calme,très peu de bruit parfait.
Très peu chauffé à notre arrivé,il faisait froid dommage,manque une 2eme salle d’eau.

L’agence qui nous accueille est très sympathique,la maison est situé dans une allée très calme tous était parfait si ce n’est que la température intérieure a l’arrivée n’y était pas,et une 2eme salle d’eau manque pour le reste très bien je retournerai à l’avenir dans cette location
