Bright 70 m² house in Fouras, ideal for 6 people, offering a peaceful stay for families or groups of friends.
It features a 28 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure optimal comfort.
You will enjoy an enclosed garden with a southeast-facing terrace and garden furniture, as well as private parking for a convenient and pleasant stay. Approximately 800 m from the sea, 1 km from the town center and shops.
Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. To be paid upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.

L’agence qui nous accueille sympathique,maison situé dans une impasse calme,très peu de bruit parfait.
Très peu chauffé à notre arrivé,il faisait froid dommage,manque une 2eme salle d’eau.

L’agence qui nous accueille est très sympathique,la maison est situé dans une allée très calme tous était parfait si ce n’est que la température intérieure a l’arrivée n’y était pas,et une 2eme salle d’eau manque pour le reste très bien je retournerai à l’avenir dans cette location
