It features 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds), a shower room with WC, and a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, hairdryer, etc.) ensure a convenient stay.
Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden with a terrace, barbecue, and sun loungers, as well as a bicycle storage area, a garage, and private parking.
Pets are welcome. Located 450 meters from South Beach and the town center, 600 meters from the main beach and North Beach, 6 km from Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station, 0.6 km from the bus station, and a 15-minute drive from the Rochefort thermal baths. PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €150. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Une belle maison avec équipements essentiels à 5mn à pied de la plage et 10mn à pied du marché. Beaucoup de prises multiples facilitant les recharges des portables, vapotte etc. Un grand sous sol pour ranger surf,vélos, jeux de plage pour les estivants.
