L'appartement est bien situé, belle vue, la vue sur le canal avec les bateaux est très plaisante la plage devant à 25m, le parking est juste devant, les restaurants, glaciers etc.. juste dessous sur tout le passage et le long du canal leurs plats et leur service sont très bons, l'appartement est con...
