Private parking is available within the building.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential.
Towels and linens are available for rent upon request and payable on site.
Cleaning is available as an optional extra.
Pets are not allowed.
Amenities include: dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning, and easy access to the beach.
