Bright, comfortable, and pleasant 70 m² villa, ideal for a relaxing stay.
It includes a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a toilet.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (160 cm), 2 single beds (90 cm), and a sofa bed (140 cm). Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Enjoy a garage and an enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol.
Pets are welcome.
Located at the entrance to Fouras, with a supermarket 1,500 m away, the bus station is 1.5 km away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away.
The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 dish towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Pet Package : 30.0 € Per stay Property managed by a professional.

Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.
