Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the back of the house.

Located 50 m from the South beach and 300 m from the city center.
TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposit of €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
