It includes a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee makers, etc.) and other amenities (Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay.
You will enjoy a furnished terrace, as well as a secure communal swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) and a bicycle storage area for a convenient and relaxing holiday. Located opposite the South Beach, 200 meters from the pedestrian street and its shops.
Bus stops E and J are right in front of the apartment, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €70. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. La ville et l emplacement du gite
Nous avertir 4 jours avant pas de wifi et en compensation on devais avoir une bouteille de pineau que l on attent toujours dommage des promesse mais rien il vaut mieux passer particulier a particulier déçus

Le réfrigérateur est beaucoup trop petit pour 4 personnes et refroidit très mal.
Table/chaises extérieures pas top.
Aspirateur cassé et qqs détails pas top top mais remonté à l’agence de location.
La vue est top. Piscine/plage au choix.
L’appartement est confortable et assez grand pour 4. Le canapé est plutot confortable.
Les volets roulant sont un plus et la terrasse est grande.

Travaux dans le logement à côté avec utilisation du perforateur dans une résidence vacances en plein mois de juillet…
