Cette maison est assez excentrée pour garantir une certaine tranquilité, tout en laissant commerces et plages accessibles rapidement.
On peut toutefois regretter l'équipement insuffisant pour une location de ce type (matériel de cuisine insuffisant, pas de matériels pour le barbecue, aucun produit ménager).
