It comprises: a bright living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi), a dining area, opening onto two terraces facing east and west to enjoy the sun all day long, an open-plan fitted kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm), a shower room with WC, a separate WC, a laundry room with washing machine.
The property is surrounded by a garden with trees and a lawn, perfect for relaxing or playing pétanque on the boules court.
