Le bruit de la route.
Le jardin, malgré le manque d'entretien. Il est très joli, on peut manger dehors, petite table et chaises, plus des transats pour la détente et un barbecue à disposition, vraiment super.Bien équipée, maison un peu vieillotte, mais très confortable. La situation proche de la ville.

Agréable et reposant Petite maison typique très agréable pour 4 personnes. Bien équipée. Son emplacement est top, accès à pied pour le centre de Perros-Guirec et ses commerces et la plage de Trestignel.
