The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, with Saint-Pal-de-Mons, this air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the first floor, it is composed of a pretty living room of 12 m ², equipped kitchen, of a beautiful room, a bathroom.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A bright living room with a view of the greenery, comprising a sofa bed (single) and a dining area. - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), 1 bunk bed. - A shower room. - A separate toilet Neighborhood: The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Pal-de-Mons, in a very pleasant and natural environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Public swimming pool nearby - Possibility of horseback riding - Footbridge of the Gorges du Lignon - Bicycle rails - Stroll in the countryside and in the forest Transportation : - You can park for free nearby. - Nearest train station : Bas - Monistrol at 16.8 km (at about 18 minutes). - Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry at 108 km (at about 1 hour 37 minutes by car). Other remarks : - Free wifi available (fiber optic). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included, please bring your own. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot 40€). Prunières "Bel endroit et bonne communication de l’agence.
MAIS, plusieurs points nous ont profondément dérangés tels que le canapé extrêmement poussiéreux et tâchés (nous n’avons pas pu nous y assoir), des amas de poussière sous le canapé, des cheveux sur le lit et dans la douche et des poils sur l’éponge. Tout ces éléments nous ont largement déçus.
La propreté est à revoir."
