The apartment has approx. 70 sqm of living space and was completely renovated in 2023. It features a terrace and a parking space.
In addition to a large living/dining area, you will find a bedroom, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, an oven, a dishwasher, and everything you need for daily cooking.
The bedroom has a king-size box spring bed, guaranteeing restful nights.
You will also find a wardrobe with hanging space and additional shelves.
In the living room, you can relax on the large, comfortable corner sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa bed, and spend a pleasant evening in front of the 65-inch Smart TV. If you still have some work to do, an extra desk and, of course, free high-speed internet are available.
Or would you prefer to enjoy the evening outdoors? No problem, on our large terrace, which you can access directly from the living room, you can comfortably enjoy warm summer evenings.
Restaurants, a small supermarket, and a gas station are in the immediate vicinity.
Washing and drying facilities are available. Our holiday apartment "Stiefelmühle" is located on the outskirts of St. Ingbert, just 2 minutes from the A6 motorway (exit IGB-West). The holiday apartment is situated in a cul-de-sac and has direct access to the forest area with many hiking and cycling trails.
The "PUR" (a hiking trail) practically passes right by the house.
You can start the path to the "St. Ingberter Stiefel," the landmark of the town of St. Ingbert, directly from the house.
Are you traveling for business? In the immediate vicinity, you will find SAP, CISPA, Festo, Saarbrücken University, Saarland University Hospital Homburg, Ursapharm Arena Elversberg, etc. Payment must be made 30 days in advance.
Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Payment details will be provided by the host. If the period until check-in is less than 30 days, payment must be made immediately. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.

Wir haben die Terrasse abends sehr genossen.In der Wohnung war alles da was man braucht, an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht.
Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen , und in der City tolle Gaststätten ,wo man super lecker essen kann.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
