Tranquility and privacy go hand in hand at this recently built three bedroom villa in Moraira.
Set in a quiet location surrounded by vineyards and trees, this gorgeous property offers a wonderful sense of tranquility, while the centre of Moraira and the golden shores of Ampolla Beach are within a 10-minute walk. As well as a stunning outdoor area with a private pool and terrace, the villa’s light and airy interiors are stylishly furnished, with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. For those travelling with another family or group of friends, it’s also possible to rent out the Villa Ampolla II, situated just next door. The Inside Space: The main level of this two-storey villa features an open living/dining space, kitchen and two of the villa’s three bedrooms. Natural light pours into a contemporary living area, furnished with charcoal grey sofas and a flat-screen TV. Steps away, a dining area with a light wood table offers room for six to share light lunches and generous evening meals. Nearby, a fully equipped kitchen comes with sleek wooden cabinets and plenty of modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Both the second and third bedrooms are also conveniently situated on the main level.
The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom features two twins.

Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig, Umgebung gut.
Wir waren im Winter von anfangs Dezember bis ende März in dem Haus.
Das Haus war sehr kalt, für Winter nicht geignet.
