The route can also be done easily by bicycle along the appropriate cycle paths. The 110 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 5 steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and traditional oven - Large living room with sofa and armchairs, dining table and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, single bed, clothes stand and desk - Bedroom II with double bed, single bed and clothes stand - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Three terraces. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, fans, camping cot, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

There is also a shared bicycle parking in front of the entrance to the building. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). We accept small pets upon request. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pesaro, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person.

The historic center, with all the historic buildings (Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theater) can be reached with a pleasant 20-minute walk or with public transport in 10 minutes (bus stop 3 minutes on foot).

The beaches of Pesaro can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
