The holiday home is situated 100m from the Fleesensee in a quiet location.
The 95m² house offers two bedrooms for 2 and 3 persons, a cosy living room with dining area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet on each floor.
The holiday home is set in a garden with a lawn and a large terrace.
Here you will find both sunny and shady places to relax.
Swimming is possible at the lake with beach and sunbathing area within walking distance.
There is also a sailing school, sailing and rowing boat hire and a water playground.
Motorboats can be hired from the harbour. The landing stage for excursion boats is also located here.
The golf courses are just a few minutes' walk away.
Cycling tours are possible on the extensive network of cycle paths.
In bad weather, we recommend a visit to Aqua fun with its fun pool and wellness area.
Other leisure activities are available, from the summer toboggan run to the bear forest.

Eine neue Erfahrung mit dem Eigentümer der uns vor Ort Herzlich begrüßt hat,und uns alles im Haus gezeigt hat und uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat.
Wir kommen hier schon seid fast 10 Jahren in diesen Ort und es war für uns eine sehr schöne Erfahrung ,auch mal so Begrüßt zu werden.Wir werden auf jedenfall das nicht vergessen.
