2018 Mimì Maison by Barbarhouse

Mimì Maison is a refined and renovated holiday home in the old town centre of Lecce, 200 meters away from Sant`Oronzo square, the heart of the city.

Mimì Maison is on the first floor and it accommodates up to 6 guests.

It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, mosquito nets.

Moreover, there are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the double bedroom.

The house is close to all the tourist spots of the old town centre and it`s 150 meters away from the main square of Lecce: Sant`Oronzo.

The closest beaches are Frigole, Torre Chianca, Spiaggiabella and San Cataldo, between 11 and 15 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Mandatory towels fee: euro 10 per person per week to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic area. - You can access the area to unload in the time slot 10 am - 1pm and 4pm-6pm.
