Children's pool, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Supermarket 750 m, restaurant, bar 60 m, bus stop "estacion de tren Cunit" 1.5 km, railway station "Cunit" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Valparaiso" 10 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 59 km, Sitges 19 km, Tarragona 45 km, Port Aventura 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

En general correcto, pero muy mejorable en aspectos tan básicos como televisión ( analógica con aparato TDT que no funciona correctamente), mobiliario de terraza ( la mesa cojea), y lavavajillas ( pierde agua), y faltan detalles importantes como el wifi y el aire acondicionado.
La posición frente al mar es ideal y eso hace que la estancia resulte agradable.
En general hemos estado bien.

El apartamento está realmente ubicado en un sitio excepcional, oir el mar y esas amplias vistas ayudan a desconectar y disfrutar del paisaje. El apartamento está muy bien equipad. El edificio aunque tiene años, está bien conservado.
