"Vista Alegre" is the twin villa of Villa "Acantilado". Both houses are practically the same, both welcome you with a first class ambience and services, to make your holiday a real dream come true. The garden with its beautiful swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, invites you to enjoy the nature and the breathtaking views right there and to make a life there.

The interior of the house is absolutely up to the expectations. The ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden. A bedroom and bathroom are located on this level. On the first floor there is another pleasant surprise: in addition to the two bedrooms facing the sea side, with incredible views, there is another bedroom which, together with a sitting room and bathroom, forms a suite with its own separate entrance via an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing that doubles as a terrace. Perfect and absolutely charming. Naturally the whole house is fully equipped, has WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

As for the surroundings, the house is connected to the rest of the urbanisation via a "secret" staircase leading down to the beach. So you can reach the beach directly and in no time at all, whether you want to swim in the sea or continue on to the shops and bars. It is an ideal location. Practically in front of the house begins a stage of the famous "camí de cavalls", one of the most beautiful stretches, walking through the pine forest from Cala Mitjana to Cala Trebaluger. For those who like hiking or for those who prefer unspoilt coves, a paradise, a recommended walk at any time of the year as it is a protected route through the forest.
