“Vista Alegre” is the twin villa of Villa “Acantilado”.
Both houses are practically identical, both welcome you with a first-class atmosphere and amenities, to make your vacation a true dream.
They each have four double bedrooms, three with twin beds and one with a double bed, and three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub.
As there are increasingly more families or large groups of friends who want to enjoy the experience of vacationing together in a villa with a garden and private pool, combining the two houses allows you to achieve the ideal constellation, where being next to each other, you can have your privacy at the same time while each having your own outdoor area and pool.
Just like “Acantilado”, “Vista Alegre” is located on a quiet street in Cala Galdana, on the cliff edge, with spectacular views over the cove, the beach, the sea, and the pine forests.
The garden with its beautiful pool, furnished with loungers, a table, and chairs, invites you to enjoy nature and the breathtaking views right there, and to live outdoors.
The interior of the house is absolutely up to expectations.
The ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden.
A bedroom with its corresponding bathroom is located on this level.
On the second floor, another pleasant surprise: In addition to the two bedrooms facing the sea, with incredible views, there is another bedroom which, along with a small living room and its bathroom, forms a suite with its own independent entrance through an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing serving as a terrace.
Perfect and absolutely charming.
Naturally, the entire house is fully equipped, with WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Regarding the surroundings, the house is connected to the rest of the urbanization via a "secret" staircase that descends towards the beach.
This allows direct and quick access, whether for a swim in the sea or to head towards the shops and bars.

Practically opposite the house begins a stage of the already famous "Camí de Cavalls", one of the most beautiful sections, walking through the pine forests via Cala Mitjana to Cala Trebaluger.
