Additionally, the villa was completely renovated in 2023, an exhaustive refurbishment that brings numerous improvements for future guests: air conditioning in all bedrooms, a new, air-conditioned dining room and terrace on the first floor, and no less than two additional floors with immense terraces offering fantastic views over the urbanization and the sea.
The living room features a home cinema system with a retractable projection screen, allowing the whole family to enjoy the ultimate luxury of the audiovisual experience.
The house is located in the upper area of the beautiful and well-maintained urbanization of Punta Prima, just 400 meters from its beach and promenade.
This means it is far enough from the center to offer a very quiet location and excellent views over the urbanization, all the way to the sea.
The interior is fantastic. 200 m² of good taste, all spacious and bright.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bedrooms with two single beds.

There is a regular bus connection to Mahón, which is only about 12 km away.

Im großen und ganzen sehr schön und vor allem auch für Familien zu empfehlen. Auf Grund der Größe sogar gut für 2 Familien.
Küche mittelprächtig ausgestattet.

Villa very peaceful, with lovely salt water pool. Well equipped, just missing a kettle & the usual owners guide book. One thing, only one A/C unit in dining sun room, none in bedrooms or elsewhere in villa.

The location of this villa is great and the island is beautiful and the people very friendly we stayed last week the first impression of the villa was very good however after a few days we noticed a smell of damp in every cupboard maby this is normal in Spain the pool was fantastic or though the filters were not running all in all we will go back to the island but won't stay in this villa again
