Villa Yolanda is a charming three bedroom villa in an excellent location just a short walk from the beach and the amenities of Cala'n Porter. A good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy reach, even the famous "Cova den Xoroi" is within walking distance. At the same time it is in a quiet, exclusively residential part of the urbanisation.

The villa has a private pool and a surrounding terrace which offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. It also has an impressive built-in barbecue and a pergola with table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner.



As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious dining room and, separated by a beautiful archway, the elegant living room with its comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped for a first class stay.

Villa Yolanda has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space and are stylishly decorated. There are two modern bathrooms with shower.

The interior of the villa is fresh and very cosy. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms as well as Wifi are included.
