The property consists of more than 3,000 m2 and the entire outside area far exceeds what one would expect from a holiday home. From the parking area, to the various terraces surrounding the house, to the pool area, to the park-like garden, everything is generously sized, there is abundant vegetation, pine and palm trees providing delightful shade, and there is an atmosphere of authenticity and solera.

The entire main terrace area has been renovated, with a floor of precious living stone, to form an authentic outdoor dining area.

At the same time, it is only a few kilometres from Maó, the capital of the island, and a few metres from the charming port of Es Castell, Cales Fonts, with its varied gastronomic offer and its incomparable atmosphere. The Castle of San Felipe and Fort Marlborough are both located in the municipal area of Es Castell and are well worth a visit. The beautiful beaches of Punta Prima or Binibeca are 12 km away.
